The truth of the matter is this: without a concrete, finite goal, a trip is just another journey. In web design, we must be wholly subservient to your ultimate business goals. Anything else is merely pretty pictures on a computer screen.

We've got the experience and flexibility to get your message across. From using the right technology, such as Flash animation, Open Source software applications (like content management systems, portals, forums, etc.), Customized PHP/MySQL Database Driven sites, MS .NET development, or plain old fashion HTML, we'll use the right tool for the job. We don't believe in one size fits all web design, and neither should you.

Design is Function

We believe that web site design is more than simply creating pretty picture. The design of the web site should not get in the way of your key message, it should be an integral part of that message.

For example, we've all seen beautiful websites, with pretty navigation sets (buttons) that simply don't work. On these sites, the design has become a goal unto itself, in fact detracting from the true aim of the site.

If your designer doesn't fully understand them message you need to get across to your customers, you're bound for trouble.

Atex.com is the website for the world leader in publication systems, specializing in software for newspapers. They are credited with inventing the idea of Content Management, providing the forebearer of both email and Instant Messaging. Cahill Web Design founder Mark Cahill has developed all of their sites since 2000, including two separate extranets, one for corporate partners, the other for an active global customer community. In addition he has created numerous Flash product demonstrations.
