I headed down to the East End early Sunday morning where their were a few fish taken, I landed a schoolie about 27.5, and a few other fisherman landed a a mix of bluefish and some stripers in the 30-34 inch range , they are taking mostly sand eels, but I was using mack's. Then, shorlty after the tide started to wash up on the rocks again , we headed down to the middle to catch the slack high. After the current started to turn west I hooked up to a 34 inch 11 lb bluefish . The action is started to heat up,....... BUT WHERE ARE THE BLITZES ? Are they going to show up late, as did the fish ?
