I will be in Annapolis for a period around turkey day. Looking for guides/striper fishing opportunities within 2 hours drive from Annapolis. I'm from MASS. and will refer to guides up here in return.

For a casting from a center console boat, I use Capt. Gary Nietzy, 410-557-8801. He does spin or fly. Charters that adjust to time of year are a plus. This time of year many Captains who can, move further south in the Bay. This is important.

If you want to troll all over the place, that is another type of experience. If you want that (and be careful when you get recommendations as to which type of experience you will get) I have a consortium I contact for that, but I think you want the fishing rather than the trolling experience.

I suggest you post on the message board for the chesapeake angler on www.worldwideangler.com. You will get a terrific response there. If it is fly fishing you are after, post on the fly fishing board also. These are both frequented by many Chesapeake Bay fishermen anf guides.
