yes you can. Try the paints that are used for writing and making designs on sweatshirts. I have had good luck using these products. they come in a ton of colors and several thicknesses, as well as, metallic and pearlesant colors. these products are also great for putting eyes on your flies. most brands are under $3 per bottle.
