Info on Biscayne Bay?

I will be heading out in Biscayne Bay tomorrow (sepy 28) does anyone have any reports. Also should I concentrate on the stiltsville/soldier Key area or the southernmost areas of the Arsinickers etc.
Any suggestions are welcome.
