What ARE BEST ARTIFICIAL LURES TO USE FOR TROUT AROUND CAPE LOOKOUT JETTY AND IN THE TURNING BASIN INLET AREA?ALSO WHAT BAIT IS BEST FOR ALBACORE WILL BE USING SPIN TACKLE IN NOVEMBER MID MONTH

I am new to NC and am seeking to learn how to fish its coast - so note that the info I give you is not from experience, but as a result of many web searches. Regarding the Albacore: 2.5" white mr. twisters w/ lead heads. Also 3-4 inch silverish 'megabaits' (i don't know what these look like). For the trout: the fishermen I was with at Oregon inlet preferred green/charteushish Finesse fish or tister tails with bright red lead heads. I hope this helps. I am planning a trip to Cape Lookout soon and could use some information on good lures as well.
