Wanted - Fly Guide

I'll be in Captiva 3/3/01 - 3/10/01. I'm looking for a fly fishing guide with patience for a Northeast striper fly fisherman. Last year I hired a guide I found on the web which was a big mistake (I won't mention his name here). Please provide some honest recommendations for a knowledgable and friendly guide who can teach the do's and don'ts for landing redfish and snook.

I'd prefer someone on Sanibel or Captiva but I'll travel for a good guide.
