Flyfishing South of cancun

My son and I are looking for a place to go flyfishing in saltwater for spring break in early April. We have vacationed in Akumal a few years before and loved the area, however, didn't flyfish. I would welcome any suggestions you may have of locations in this area. Ideally we would like to hire a guide for one day, and then spend 3 or 4 days on our own.
