6/7 Taylors lane Little compton

Tried plugging the shore from 7pm to 9:30 pm. Took a big skunkin'

The weed was an issue close to shore. There are large weed banks on the shore that are producing a nice smell.

I was able to get over the weeds with quality casts but I couldn't find anything.
There was a boat anchored off of church point all evening. Didn't seem like they were doing anything.
Any of you guy's?

Hi Jim,

That's one of my favorite areas...but it wasn't me. Lotsa bluefish in that area right now.

Notable observations thus far - water temp warming sooner than last year (65 F yesterday) and more bait. MUCH more bait than last year.

Big fish will be moving out front soon. Managed to pick up 1 over 25 lb Sunday. <--swam off my thumb unharmed.
