Once all of the above materials are tied in apply a small amount of Loon waterbased head finish to the head and using your fingers smooth back over materials to the bend of the hook. You don't need much of the head finish, just enough to make make the materials tacky. Let dry for a couple minutes. Tie in 3 strands of Flashabou tinsel #6901 at the head. While holding the tinsel away from the fly in one hand apply a small amount of cement to the tinsel on the side it will contact the fly. Continue to hold the tinsel by the end and carefuly position it between the white and green layers of the fly.
