Peconic/Flanders action

Any thing going on in the back bays?

Havent fished flanders area, but have been fishing north sea to sag harbor last week from shore without any action at all. Tons of small bait (looked like silversides and sand eels) around the inlets, and terns leisurely picking off bait along the shore, but no signs of fish. Water temps felt kinda warm, even at dawn.
