The Catch & Release Bay State Challenge Cup & BBQ Covers All Fishable Salt Water in Massachusetts. Species targeted include: Stripers, Albies, Bluefish & Bonito.
Sunday, September 23, 2001. Fishing from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm, BBQ from 2:00 pm on.
This is a big statewide tournament and a great BBQ! It takes place during the top of the season. Win this one and you have really accomplished something. Tackle can consist of Fly (mashed barb), Spin (mashed barb), Bait (Circle hooks only);
All are invited! PRIZES include great fishing gear and local chapter possession of a traveling trophy.
BBQ and prizes and awards presentation will take place at the Sons of Italy Hall in Hingham, MA. Rain or shine. YOU MUST BE PREPAID AND REGISTERED!
$40 for members, $50 for nonmembers, Children 1/2 Price, $20 for the BBQ only.
