How to Tie a Crease Fly

I posted this same subject in the NJ Forum but that is kinda slow now so this will probably get more posts here.

I recently came back from a fly show in Nj and i saw a lot of the fly tyers there tying crease flies. I used one of these flies last year when Fly Fishing with Gene Quigly. And since i wasn't really good at fly casting i cracked it up, but that is a different story. Does anyone know how to tie this fly, what colors to use where to get the materials. Any thing i need to know about the crease fly would be nice because i know nothing about it. Thanks alot Tom
