Warning: for those who think albies is the only thing worth pursuing, you can skip the rest of this.

OK all you South County guys. Usually about now (certainly by next weekend), pre-dawn to early day bass fishing starts to get more consistent from shore, with a goodly amount of birds working and occasional blitzes. But I haven't heard much from the suds gang lately. Is it still mostly a blues game? How is the night breachway crew doing? If you are reluctant to spill the beans publicly, any e-mail is appreciated. I'll recipocrate with my results.

The Charlestown beaches have been spotty at dawn and dusk the last 2 weekends. Even when the mullet cruised through there was not much to talk about.

In spite of that River's End report, I saw nothing but schools of bluefish popping up all over the Watch Hill area this past Sunday. Maybe I should have been up at Weekapaug, or maybe they have made their way West by now.

Hit East Matunuck Beach and checked West Wall tonight at sunset. Dead. Sorry I don't have positives to report, could explain the lack of posts.
