Sea Anchoring Video Sought?

Bought a back issue of The Big Game Fishing Journal (Fall,
'95) in which was an article by a Capt. Steve Gamsby, out of
MV, about sea anchoring techniques. He mentions at the end
of it a video available for $10 showing rigging, deployment,
etc. Has anyone ever seen this video? Know how/where I can
get a copy? Is Capt. Gamsby still around the MV scene?
