GLX Mega Taper rods

Has any one fished these rods? What do you think. Curiouse about the whole line, but mostly the 6/7 & 10/11. Thanks, Eddie

I have not fished them, but have cast them at the last fly show in sommersett. I threw the 10/11 (potential tarpon rod I'm gonna build). IMHO, they are the best casting rods out there. But as we all have different styles you may (probably) disagree. My plans are to purchase the 8/9 blank and the 10/11 or 12/13 for tarpon. (I did not cast the 12/13...waiting to try it out);

I have the 10ft 10wt GLX. Its a great rod I get some great distance on my cast using shooting heads in the suds. You can cast this rod the whole day without getting arm tired. Also they have a lifetime garantee to replace the rod even if you broke it closing your car door(45$fee)on it.
