Raytheon vs Navico autopilots?

Does anyone have good or bad experiences with either the Raytheon or Navico hydraulic autopilots?

Installed Raytheon "ST5000 Plus" on 23' center console (single outboard) last year. Installation was straight-forward (though a bit messy) and unit has performed well. Have it linked to Garmin GPS/Plotter and have literally gone 40-50 miles out w/out touching the wheel on calm days. Performs better than expected in less than ideal seas, as well. Tracks well from trolling all the way through 40 knots. No real complaints, but no experience w/other brands either.
