Fished the a.m. outgoing tide at the Pamet - it was predictably hot - tons of schoolies feeding on sandeels. Caught about 15 schoolies in 2 hours - including 2 28" fish and a third that went way into my backing - I'm sure it was MUCH bigger ...(they always are...)
I was using snake flies - but anything (sand eel patterns, sliders, clousers would work). It's a sure thing for the next few days and casting should be easy with an east wind.
