I had an issue with my Fin Nor Ahab A8 spinning reel. So I sent it back to Fin Nor.
They received the reel on 6/14. They had it repaired in three days. They sent it back to me with an additional spool and cork drag washer. Throughout the process I talked to them by phone several times and they could not have been nicer or more professional.
All of this was covered under the warranty.
I was concerned going into this that I would have issues. This concern was based on some prior posts here on reel time.
I just want to say that the new management there could not have done a better job.
