Sat and sun was spent in the barnstable area, well sort of. Sunday was so calm I ask my wife if she would like to have lunch on a P-town beach. So off we went. Never did have lunch on the beach but way off in never never land(err water) we saw half a dozen of these.http://users.rcn.com/ropar/whale.jpg

Camera too slow to get the good shots with tail up.

It/I was also too slow to get a picture of several tuna arcing out of the water (4'/5')

Bob,
A buddy of mine says an epoxy shrimp works well, but you have to land it right in front of the "fish" when it has it's mouth open. Also you need 40,000 pound test line....and a bigger boat I think.:D

You think anyone would get upset if I brought a rod on board the Whale Watcher and started casting when they found whales??
