East Hampton boat launching

Here is my dilemna: I will have a boat on a trailer for several days next week in East Hampton. I know where all of the public ramps are but don't have the EH Town sticker on my car. Anyone with thoughts on how best to avoid a very expensive ticket. Is enforcement lax (after all I've been parking at Sammy's Beach/Accabonac for years without any tickets)? Is there a marina with a ramp that wil charge me a minimal fee to launch each day? Should I just plunk down the $150.00 for 4 days of boat launching? Any advice appreciated.

By the way, fished Shinnecock by boat last weekend. Plenty of cocktails, but no tuna's inside the bay on Saturday early a.m. Also, tons of fluke inside the bay but virtually all of them were not even close to keeper size.

I have never been hasseled at Accabonic, but its a $125 gamble. There is a public boat ramp in Three mile harbor right outside E. Hampton on Three Mile Rd. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of it.
