Please advise fishing in the Lower Bay

I will be spending some time in Richmond on business and was wondering what fly fishing opportunities were available on the lower bay. Please advise, Thanks, BobbyC

you might want to check with our old duckhunting buddy - PREMO in Reedville, VA. It's probably 70 miles from Richmond, Va but the fishing might be worth the drive. Ozzie has his phone number!

The James River is fishable and I'll see if my brother-in-law remembers the fish camp near Williamsburg, VA we rented a boat from.(reasonable price) He and I had a decent day of fishing a couple of years ago. There is shoreline access along the Parkway that runs along the James River near Williamsburg that might be suitable for wading.

If any of you current or former Amphib. Sailors in the VA. Beach area have information to share on fishing with Bobby C please do so! He is one of the good guys and a hell of a good salt or freshwater flyfisherman!
