Week end Migration advice

I am a Wading shore bound fly guy from boston area. I will be migrating back to home waters from Phillie over weekend of 10/18-20. I am looking for suggestions of good shore points in NJ/NY/RI areas as I have not experienced these waters before. I fear that the fish will have left my home waters of Cape Ann before I get back and just hoping to catch up with them for a farewell finale to a truly wonderful year.

I used to fish the Breachways in South county before I got a boat and they are the best place to get a shot at Albies. in order of ease and productiveness. 1. weekapague 2. quonnichogue (Quonnie) 3.West Wall in
