I just asked about kayak rentals on the Eastcentral part of the forum and was delighted withthe number of options offered by the local fishing crowd. I ended up have a SOT Tarpon yak offered to me to use for free while I'm in New Smyrna Beach searching for Mr. Redfish.

Stuart FL is located inthe East Central forum too!

I used to fish the tournament circuit down there and there are some very good boats out of Pirates Cove in Stuart.
