Cape Pond 12/8 report

Fished one of the cape ponds via kayak on Sunday afternoon for about 1.5 hours. Conditions were a bit windy with a cold 38 degree water temp. Trolled a woolly bugger, with one lost fish to show for my efforts.

It was 46-48 the prior week. That pretty much signals the end of the fall season.

The fish should be leaving the spawning grounds on the shore and heading for deep water as we speak.

Although I did have a friend catch a rainbow down there on like january 18th last year. Crazy, it was like low 30's and raining. He called me in the middle of the day, I was at work. He was trolling streamers in a canoe.
