Yakkers at the Marlboro Show

I saw a note somewhere that there may be an informal gathering of yak folks on Saturday morning (1/18) prior to the Marlboro Show. I, for one, would like to meet up other yak mounted fish chasers from the area to swap truths and untruths and connect faces with usernames. Is there any truth to this rumor? I heard something about Bigford's at 9:00.

That'd be Bickfords in Marlboro near the FFS entrance..

If you miss us there we will be in side at the casting pool at 10 am to watch Sidotti do his long line thing!

Bickfords near the FFS closed a couple of months ago. Ii ended up at the one on the east side of Marlborough and
realized we were SOL. Connected witht he R-T's at noon in the hotel bar.

Sorry bout dat! I hope you enjoyed the show as much as I did. Did you see Sedotti cast! Amazing!

I ended up at the same Bickford's - about 4 mi east of 495. I got there early with my two daughters and we were there till about 9:10. I guess we missed the connection. Place was pretty MT.
I did see the sedotti demo! It made me feel woefully inadequate. I just couldn't believe he took that huge fly over the fence with a 7wt!!
Next year we'll have to do some recon prior to the show.

If the show is in the same place, the Hotel breakfast buffet is adequate and the roon is huge. We decided at lunch that that's the connection location for next year.

I talked to him later inthe day and he wasn't feeling good when he did that! Imagine what he might have done if not ill!
