Parker 21 SE - a deal?

I'm in the market for a light tackle/fly fishing boat for south shore mass/cape cod/RI coast. Have opportunity to buy a left over 2002 Parker SE with Yamaha SX 150 and options including electronic cabinet, live well, leaning post and swim platform for $25,900. No trailer included. No electronics.

Is this a deal?

Go to www.boattraderonline.com and do a search on Parker. You will then be able to compare. The price seems to be in the ballpark to me.
