Barnstable Harbor Blish pt. This is generally an all tide ramp. But does get congested at low tide. Astronomically low tides at the moment are impossible for all but light tin boats.
Parking lot can be full by 9:30 on a busy weekend.
There is a second ramp (free) by the resturant. This is less convenient and parking is back past the bulkhead.
