Dartmouth - Appongansett Bay Bost Ramp

Need info from those who use this ramp.

Two good ramps, one with a long dock. There is a fee. Last season I think it was $5 per launch or a season sticker for $35? I believe you need to find the harbormasters office to pay the fee, and yes they do ticket. Ramp is located in a very sheltered area and is close to some great fishing spots.

Very good ramp. Very well protected. Need to pass under a draw bridge but plenty of clearance. Lots of parking, much more than Westport. Very busy ramp for fisherman. Great access if you are going to Elizabeth Islands, Quick's Hole, Cuttyhunk, etc. This ramp is much better access to the Islands if there is a Southwest wind. Crossing Buzzards Bay on your way to Westport can be very wet with a stiff southwest breeze.
