I've used it a couple times.
Free
Limited parking
WARNING
There is a 2' drop off at the sign. Beleave it.
Do not back your trailor too far.
Despite the fact I rarely use the ramp I have seen people destroy their trailors there.
There is a dock so if you have launched successfully loading and unloading your boat is convenient.

Not concrete, WOOD. It's ok at most tide cycles, but if you got a big boat you would be best waiting for high tides, i've seen people try to launch or retreive cats etc and have major problems because of the drop-off at the end. Make sure your rear tires don't go past the large pilings or you gonna be goin for a swim to try and pickup your trailer again! Me n Bob saw a guy last year that dropped over the end of the ramp, then when he drove out he just locked it in low and kept going....except the ENTIRE undercarriage of the trailer didn't

Ripped the wheels off a 14' alum trailer a few years back. Dropped off the edge and hung on the spring hangers. Thats all she wrote. Also in mid season its full by 7 am.

Outnumbered emailed me:
The Green pond Ramp in Falmouth has been redone. Thye took four grooved cement slabs which are only about 9 feet wide and placed them over the center of the wooden slats that are still there. You need to be careful here if your trailer is wider than 108" as the ramp goes down and then up now.

A friend almost lost his trailer there Sat AM. He said it seemed like one of the concrete planks dropped out of place, letting the wheel of the trailer drop through on one side.. Had to jack it up (in the water) pull the trailer forward with it in the airto get the wheel to clear the gap...

I launch there almost daily. The temp. fix is a challenge - even with small boats. Bunk trailers have the toughest problem as there isn't enough water to get deep enough without going over the drop off. The width of the fix is not as wide as the previous opening for the launch, so you can miss one side or the other quite easily. If you launch there, make certain to look it over prior to backing down the launch and absolutely be certain not to drive over the drop. There is a boat size restriction for the ramp - as I recall, I think it is 22 feet. And yes, you back down and then the ramp has a bump up and then you continue down. Crazy!!!!(#$119)(#$119)

was surprised to see so few trailers in the parking lot Memorial Day weekend but quickly found out why. The pitch of the ramp bottoms out your trailer before your boat even gets in the water. Thought i was not going to be able to pull my boat back out of the water as the frame of the trailer was wedged between a space in the concrete blocks. Solved any parking problems though.

My first time launching there this year was this past sunday, My trailer scuffed the new concrete both on the drop in and pick up. Until they adjust that block, I won't be launching there anymore. Damn shame too as this was one of my favorite launches because of the flexibility it gave me.
