Change GMT to EST?

I looked but could not find it. How do I change my settings so that all thread times are listed as EST? Thanks a million. :confused:

Find the User Cp button at the top left of the screen. Once there, click the "edit options link" Near the bottom of that screen is a time zone offset button.

It's not the easiest thing to find.

1- click on user cp icon on top of page

2- click edit options

3- go down to Time offset - change
