Cygnusx-1 forwarded this info on the Rock Harbor Boat Ramp:

Wanted to let you know that Rock Harbaa is a nice ramp lots of parking an
outhouse, there used to be a fee, but I used it many times last year and there
was none. There is a dock so you can walk the boat down and enough room for 2
boats generally one in one out, only one dock though. The tough part is the
tide. You have to time it right 2 hours before high and 2 hours after. So it
cant be pretty crowded on the weekends!

Just an addendum -- Depending on your boat and the moon, you probably have more leeway than just the 2 hours before and after the high. 2 hours is pretty much the schedule the charters follow but a CC can usually slide in and out 3 hours before and after. The harbor itself always holds water, it's the channel (or lack thereof) going in and out that's the problem.
