A coworker asked me if I would try to find some info on fishing from shore in Th New Bern NC. area in the next 2 weeks. The map is below. Any info would be great!! Thanks in advance!

Sean- From New Bern (pronounced newbern) you're pretty close to Morehead City/Beaufort/Atlantic Beach- Fort Macon end of the causeway at Atlantic Beach was good to me a fe years ago for albies. You're also close to Harker's and ferris to Cape Lookout from wither the Fishing Center or Calico Jack's. Check out the report from Capelookoutcharters.com- he is vry helpful or try Joe Shute in Atlantic Beach. Good Luck and as usual, post a report.

Thanks for the info. I poked around in the archives and found a couple threads on this subject too. I told him everything I could with Areal photos and maps of the Inlet, Atlantic Beach, and Cape Lookout. I will let you know how he made out if he gets to fish...as usual great detailed info on the site.
