Yakers all,
I was in Albany, NY today and wandered by Dick's Sporting Goods at the Mall.
They have a fabulous Pungo sale going on until end of day on 3/29.
The Pungos are last years style. The Sale Price is $399.00 for the boat , Plus an additional $100.00 woth of kayak accessories. (Paddle, PFD, Roof Rack, etc.)
So if you want to own a classic PUNGO, check out the stock levels at your nearest Dick's Sporting Goods store. They might be on the net. They are a NY State home based retail chain, but I've seen their stores as far west a Iowa. They might even be in New England.
Call ahead. The two floor models I saw were a Brigt Yellow and a Forrest Green. There are two Dick's Stores in the Albany, Ny area. One just off I-90 near the I-87 -I-90 intersection and thee other just north a bit at Lathem, NY off I-87 (Route 7 Exit).
