I love the new look!!! Just a small side thing, whebn outside the new home pag on forums or wherever, if you click on the "home" tab on the left hand side menu, you go back to the old home page...

congratulations Mark on an excellent redesign! I recommend all you forum "rats" step out of the forum for a sec and click on the "home" link to the left.

I like the new design. I am also happy to see a couple of sponsor links on the home page. As long as they are kept discreet (which they currently are) this is a good sign for RT's future. It's also good to see two "blue chip" sponsors--Orvis and REI.

As you know I'm nothin' if not discreet.

We're trying to figure out now how to integrate them with the rest of the site. I really want to avoid making the pages look like the Internet version of a "Bassmasters" shirt.

I actually bought a pair of binoculars this morning from Sportsman's Guide. My old pair have had it and they had a nice pair for under $10 without shipping.

We'll be doing a more formal announcement about the affiliate stuff in the next week or so.

I also bought a couple of those binoculars. Mine fell off the console and were going to cost at least $80 to fix.
