Me too. You would think that people would learn from the long, sad history of the commercial fishing industry but obviously that is not happening. Florida is one notable excveption but then those good 'ol boys down south tend to have a more enlightened attitude when it comes to sport fishing!
And hey, it's another nice day here in the NY metro area.

I was out at my LI office yesterday and had a chance to scout out RM. Looks like some pretty interesting water. Looks wadable. Where do you usually fish there?
I was thinking bay-side towards the inlet. Any advice?

I hear you saltyflyguy- NY and MA are two states that really hammer big fish commercially. Yes- nothing like down south but bad news in New England. Good to hear guys in NY thinking in terms of conservation. Even to get guys in your own state to make enough noise to change things would be a great feat!! Keep the faith...
