though the sand eels have showed up around north haven, there seems to be more spearing and that pattern worked well for me over the weekend in the area.

I also saw spearing on the flats (although I saw more sand eels on the portions I was on). My fly was larger than the sand eels, smaller than the spearing. I just couldn't decide, and drove the middle line.
