the indian river inlet has fish. im not from the area but about 5 or 6 years ago when i had just satrted flyffishing the salt, i was out there early 4 am in the morning right under the bridge fishing off the jetty. i saw someone leaving the jetty w/ what looked like a garbage bag that turned out to be one big striper. i got one small schoolie which was a good day for me then. and another time i was there during the day there were fishing busting the surface in the inlet between the jetties. i couldnt get them to hit but they looked big. maybe blues. good luck
