Had a great night last night! Caught my biggest striper EVER 46"!! Unfortunately the wind was kicking a little and I was forced to throw clams. Anyone have a conversion to calculate #'s

Time to get ready to head out again tonight
Now that's one nice fish.
Hmm, going to New England to fish with Dave C next weekend and I think he said he has a favorite secret new bait (clams - oops, secret is out).
Maybe I'll try some bait fishing up there.
Tuna, I said HAMS, not clams.........HAMS. Ham flies all tied and ready to go, bring the 12 wt. Dave

I had some nasty suggestions for a clam fly recipe, but I censored myself, and I think we are all better for it......
Great fish, one day I'll get one of those too.
Andreas.

I spent the week fishing on Long Beach Island in Southern Jersey. The fish was caught in Ship Bottom in about 8 Ft of water.
Love2fish,
Thanks for the age/weight chart.

O-D,
Gotcha, we have a place in BHaven. I assume you caught it out front from a jetty?
Headed down there now, hope some fish are still around.
Cheers,
Adam
