Redington Brakewater Fly Reels

Redington has launched recently a new serie of saltwater fly reels called Brakewater, 3 types between # 8 - 12. Does anyone of you have experiences with these reels ? I am interested in buying these reels in the nearby future.

As I replied to another thread, I would hold off on all Redington purchases. Sage is in the process of aquiring them, I would see how the new policies shake out.

Redington seemed to be affordable to the new fly angler. I think thats going to change when Sage takes over... nothing that company sells is economical IMO.
Don't get me wrong, they produce high quality gear but you pay dearly for it.:cool:
