Joppa Stripers? help...

Does anyone have any info on Mass. baitfish patterns that specifically target stripers that hold near the Joppa Flats region of Newburyport/Plum Island. Once again I am interested to hearing from anyone that I could buy flies from in a pinch?!?

All you should need are clousers, herring patterns, and sandeel patterns.
