CCA - National Wins Precedent Setting Ruling

There have been some discussions about MPAs and No-Fishing Zones lately.

The link below is to a CCA press release detailing a ruling that prevented 2 no-fishing zones from being created in the Gulf of Mexico. So you say big deal. It is. This is now a precedent setting case for creating such areas in NE and the rest of the country.

This is great news. I applaud efforts of the Florida chapter of CCA.

Ray, regarding arbitrary no-fishing zones in NE such as the EEZ, how will this have an impact?
