Rick Grasset works out of Mr. CBs on Siesta Key- cbsoutfitters.com I have fished with Rick several times and he is great for whatever species you're after

Rick is a good guy, and I tried to hook up with him the first time I went to Sarasota/Anna Maria a few years ago. He was booked, so referred me to a friend, Capt. Jim Klopfer instead. Since that time, Jim and I have become friends and I have fished with him each of the past four years, including this May when Rick was out with us chasing tarpon.
You can reach Jim Klopfer at (941) 539-6029. Great guide and even better guy.
I know that last fall they had some outstanding fishing in the area with albies tight to the beaches along with jacks and spanish mackerel. Jim landed an 80 lb. tarpon in the Bay on light spinning tackle (accidental catch - fishing for redfish and trout).
If you call, tell him I said "hello."

You might try Pete Greenan. I think you can also contact him through Mr CB's on Siesta Key. Pete is a great fisherman...only artificial and fly I think. He will fish the Sarasota area or Charlotte Harbor area out of Boca Grande. My preference would be Boca Grande (not a great distance away and worth the extra drive)...a beautiful, great fishery that is still pretty much natural and no homes back in the mangrove areas. Good luck.
