I am staying in Corolla this coming Wednesday-Sunday and am planning on bringing all of my fly gear as well as light spin. I will have a rental car and have read a few decent things about Oregon Inlet/Bodie Island. Also have read reports of puppy drum and sea trout and a few stripers. Anyway was just wondering if any of you(who I hope safely survived the hurricane and are escaping the clean up occasionally to fish) had any advice for another fishing nut. I will be mostly wading but I would consider chartering if it's worth it. Maybe even offshore if that's hot and there are guides who'll let a guy throw the fly if it's not too nasty.
