FOR ANYONE INTERESTED, I WILL BE DOING SEVERAL FREE TYING CLASSES THIS FALL AND WINTER AT THE ROD BUILDERS WORK SHOP IN KINGSTON, MA. I WILL BE SHARING THE" HOOKUP HERRING" PICTURED HERE, AS WELL AS SEVERAL OTHER FLIES I HAVE DEVELOPED OVER THE YEARS THAT HAVE TURNED OUT TO BE WINNERS. This class may be a little too advanced it you're just beginning to tie flies, however I believe Smitty is also offering free beginners courses.
You may want to take a beginners course first and then take one of my classes later in the tying season.
