Just wanted to get a thread going on instructional videos. I didn't see a better place for it, though it doesn't quite fit here either...

I picked up (at a discount at the Bass Pro palace in Ft. Lauderdale) two videos, "The New Fly Fishing Basics" by Bennett-Watt and "Lessons with Lefty" by you-know-who.

I'm self-taught, and as such, I have already learned a few things from the first video. I'm watching the second now.

What's the best instructional video for casting? Fly tying? Other stuff? Do you have opinions, or have you never watched the stuff, being the superstars that you are? :)

Anything by Lefty is good. I once saw him cast 150' without a rod and with accuracy at a show (down a row and into a heckler's lap. He is fantastic. Mel Krieger's tapes are excellent for straight out casting training, and he is a great motivator.
I don't watch many videos, so I am sorry, but I can't add more.
