Search Function-"Van Staal"? No?

So if I want to search for "Van Staal" but VAN is less than 4 characters I can't search for that...? Is that correct? I just wanted to see if everyone else has given up on Van Staal since their acquisition...no return calls, no email, dealers can't reach them. I have a Cvex I love, but my VS100 has a seized handle and wondewred if anyone repairs them or if I'm up the proverbial creek.

What about just using the STAAL?
