Location - Boca Inlet, FL ("Silver Palm Park")
Parking - Free; 5 non-trailered vehicles
Proximity to Water - Boat launch, so, 100 feet to ramp or so
Type - boat launch/ramp
This is a small boat launch. They have a "non-boat" ramp to the right (some floating plastic platforms that make for good kayak launches so long as you can slide yourself off of them). Parking is two hours unless you park under the bridge and to the side.
From here, you can head south to the Boca Inlet about 1/2 mile, or head north to fish "Lake Wyman" further up the intercoastal. The "lake" (a widening of the intercoastal) has some mangrove- and sandy shorelines as well as some 6-8 foot-deep "flats" with some sandy holes and a little grass. I say "flats" because at that depth, it's not true shallow water flats.
The address is 600 E. Palmetto Park Drive, Boca Raton, FL, but the turnoff into Silver Palm Park is on the south side at 5th street just before the drawbridge heading east.
