Type - breakwater with concrete steps to water
This is one of my "home waters" and the very first spot I launched my kayak. Although parking is limited, it is free year round and a good beginner put in. Small to medium Bluefish are usually cooperative just off the beach around high tide and Schoolie Stripers love the marsh inside Lewis Pond off of Parker River to the West. The current through the mouth of Parker River can be swift so check the currents before launching.
