Hull Gut is the southern passage into Boston Harbor. It is within short paddling distance to the harbor islands and there is a ton of Striper friendly structure to explore. Do take care, the current through The Gut is very swift and can be dangerous for a novice paddler. It is usually best to walk your yak along the shore, away from The Gut, until you come to a spot where the current is manageable. There is also heavy boat traffic here so staying close to shore is advised.
